CFT  specializes in landowner participation of turn-key prescribed burns (CFT provides burn plan based on existing fire guards, burn equipment, fire suppression equipment, fire team, and liability coverage) to your rangeland or fields.

Our turnkey prescribed burn price, for a controlled burn applied to a mechanically prepared (fire guards) unit, is based upon a flat rate day fee, depending upon the size of the crew required and the number of acres included in the burn unit. Generally, that brings a six man Conservation Fire Team, 2 wildland fire fighting trucks, and a wildland specialty fire fighting utility vehicle, and the rest of the gear used to contain fire.

Estimated price on a turnkey, prescribed burn, applied to a mechanically prepared unit is $3000.00 plus mileage.

CFT has lots of experience in wildfire preparation, planning, fighting, and Texas Forest Service co-ordination. We understand how the TFS works and we can plan the least invasive and destructive routes for the State bulldozers to install emergency cleared fire lanes. CFT is widely used by TFS in the application of black-lines to contain wildfires.
